I am pleased today to be able to inform you that Plastex and Plastteknik merge under the common brand Plastex and becomes a comprehensive supplier in the manufacture of products in plastic. The decision is the result of a successful collaboration where we together offered the Swedish and Nordic markets manufacturing services of both extruded and injection molded products from one and the same supplier.<\/p>\n
The market response became so strong that a merger became a logical next step. Together, we will now, with our double specialized factories, be able to create one of the Nordic regions’ broadest and most competitive offerings.<\/p>\n
If we look back at the past year, we can state that it has been a fantastically successful year. A number of new, well-known brands such as Clas Ohlson, Jackon, LKAB and the Norwegian electricity chain Elk\u00f6p as well as an international medical technology group have turned to us for our manufacturing services.<\/p>\n
At this moment, we also choose to launch a completely new website to make the new Plastex and our comprehensive offering visible.<\/p>\n
