I am pleased today to be able to inform you that Plastex and Plastteknik merge under the common brand Plastex and becomes a comprehensive supplier in the manufacture of products in plastic. The decision is the result of a successful collaboration where we together offered the Swedish and Nordic markets manufacturing services of both extruded and injection molded products from one and the same supplier.

The market response became so strong that a merger became a logical next step. Together, we will now, with our double specialized factories, be able to create one of the Nordic regions’ broadest and most competitive offerings.

If we look back at the past year, we can state that it has been a fantastically successful year. A number of new, well-known brands such as Clas Ohlson, Jackon, LKAB and the Norwegian electricity chain Elköp as well as an international medical technology group have turned to us for our manufacturing services.

At this moment, we also choose to launch a completely new website to make the new Plastex and our comprehensive offering visible.
